D2 Returns & Refunds

D2 takes strong measures to ensure that the buyers always get the products they saw and ordered. However, if buyers get broken or non working item, they can request D2 to return or refund the order under conditions applied.

Order Opening:

Make it sure to record order opening video and check the product. In case, product is broken or not working, send the order opening video to D2 team by email at info@myd2app.com or Whatsapp on 03048023548. Otherwise, your complaint will not be acceptable.

      • Non-branded electric, electronics & mobile accessories products have only a check the warranty. So please record the order opening video as mentioned above, if item is broken or not working then share the D2 team, items will be replaced in 7 days.

      • For branded device-related issues after usage please contact the brand warranty provider directly (if applicable).

      • Not eligible for return if the item is "No longer needed".

      • Non-returnable
