Attendee data Control and Management

On D2 (DTickets) you become the “authority”; the tickets you sell and the data you collect from your attendees stays within your control. We work as the “data processing” unit, which means that we will not be managing and controlling the data you take from the attendees apart from how you direct us to provide our service. We play by the rules and do not send any marketing material to your attendees, even if your concern lies in deleting the data, you simply ask and we do it. The choice and command lie in your hands. 100%.

Complete data protection and security

DTicket’s servers and databases that power the platform are located in EU in Denmark.

Generally, when you collect personal data of attendees, you have to tell them why you are collecting the data and how you will use it. This information is clearly detailed in our privacy policy and complies with GDPR, shown when attendees register for tickets.
